Check-in is available from 15:00 until 23:00. Please notify us if you expect to arrive after 23:00 so we can arrange your arrival smoothly.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on your departure day to allow proper preparation for incoming guests.

Cancellation Policies

Choose the cancellation option that fits your plans. Each rate type has specific terms to help you manage your booking with clarity.

  • Flexible Rate Cancellation

    Cancel more than 14 days before arrival without fees. Between 14 and 2 days prior, a 50% charge applies. Cancellations within 2 days or no-shows are charged in full.

  • Non-Refundable Rate Cancellation

    Full payment is required at booking. This rate is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Modifying Your Booking

    Changes to your reservation depend on the rate selected. Flexible rates may allow modifications; non-refundable rates do not.

  • No-Show Policy

    If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the full amount of your booking will be charged according to your rate terms.

  • Refund Process

    Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Adults-Only Policy

Level Mallorca Living welcomes guests aged 18 and over only. This policy ensures a calm and mature environment throughout the hotel.

At check-in, guests must present valid identification to confirm their age. Failure to provide acceptable ID may result in denied accommodation.

Guests must treat all hotel rooms, furniture, and equipment with care to maintain their condition throughout the stay. Any damage or loss caused by guests may lead to additional charges.

Using hotel facilities responsibly ensures a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors. Guests are expected to respect property rules and report any issues promptly to reception.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards for all bookings. Payments made with foreign cards will be processed in the cardholder’s currency, with any conversion fees applied by the card issuer.
Cash payments are also accepted upon arrival. Please note that a security deposit of approximately €300 can be settled either in cash or secured via a valid credit card to cover any potential damages.

By finalising your booking at Q Royal, you acknowledge and accept all applicable terms and conditions associated with your stay. This includes adherence to our check-in and check-out times, cancellation policies, and payment requirements.

The hotel reserves the right to update these terms as needed. The conditions presented at the time of booking will govern your reservation. Compliance with identification and guest responsibilities ensures a smooth and secure experience for all visitors.

Reception Hours

From May to September, the reception operates daily between 09:00 and 23:00 to accommodate guest arrivals and inquiries throughout the high season.

During April and October, reception hours may vary based on occupancy and guest needs. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm your arrival time and check-in arrangements.
